In Mauro's work we observe the love and the interest for nature as he portrays elongated figures, suspended in the air, frozen in space, fruits and plants, caps or mirrors resembling heads, embracing the oxygen in the air and the luxuriant tree tops, oasis in deserts; which explain why his color palate include greens, ochres, blues, pinks and oranges. In this series, Mauro looks for tranquility, recreation and peace.
